If so, then we encourage you to attend a Hall Council meeting! Hall Council is composed of Lincoln residents only, and we elect officers from the Freshmen class for the following offices: President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Hall Council assists the Lincoln Leadership Team in the selection and implementation of various programs throughout the academic year.
